sink like a stone

A week ago I blogged about Maine blogger Lance Dutson who faced a multi-million dollar law suit arising from information he posted on his blog.

He doesn't now. After pressure from the blogosphere, that lawsuit has sunk like a stone. It has been unconditionally withdrawn.The notice says:

Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Plaintiff Warren Kremer Paino Advertising, L.L.C. hereby dismisses the above-captioned action without prejudice."

Don`t mess with the bloggers. This result would not have come about without them.
