ACT's list withdrawal

Andy Poulson, radio station manager, and DJ at the ACT Conference after party has announced on his web site his withdrawal from the ACT list, three days after he announced his list place on his web site. He was number 9. I was surprised at his high list placing.

So what was that incident in the early 1990's that he was not proud of? The incident that was a factor in him withdrawing from the list after speaking to Catherine Judd? And who was the other person involved?
