penalty shootout World Cup

I have a suggestion: Why don't they have the penalty shootout before the game. Then start the game at 0-0 if both teams still want to play (heh). Then if the game is a draw after extra time, we dont have to have a penalty shootout after the game as we have already had that. And as for the 28 red cards dished out in the tournament. well, that wouldn't happen at the Rugby World Cup, would it.

Bunch of girls.Falling over like that, feigning injury, then jumping all over each other , humping and and kissing each other when something good happens. I wonder if they are that passionate to their partners.
