another police rapist?

A former police officer - name suppressed, as usual - extradited from Australia on historic rape and sexual abuse charges was sent for trial in the High Court.

The man, faces allegations from two girls, then aged between 12 and 16, comprising four counts of indecent assault and one of rape, all in Rotorua in 1980. The man had over two decades of service in the New Zealand police.

There are not too many former police officers that have worked in Rotorua, have left the police, live in Australia and have had two decades of service.

I know of at least three former Rotorua cops that live in Australia, two of whom I`m pretty certain have not been in the force for 20 years. Both of the "girls" are about the same age as Louise Nicholas.
