pyjama bloggers who influence the MSM
Citizen Magazine, published by US Conservative group Focus on the Family, has an article on blogging. It is the cover story and the article is called Pajama Warriors. It mentions the CBS memos and the manipulated Condi Rice pictures - and how bloggers such as Little Green Footballs and Drudge Report can give a story legs to influence the MSM.
The average active blog gets about 30 hits a day apparently. One of the bloggers interviewed for the story, Joe Carter from The Evangelical Outpost notes that if you have 50 people reading your blog, then you have more people in your ‘classroom’ than most professors at Harvard. If you have 90 readers, then you have more people in your ‘pews’ than most pastors have in their churches every Sunday.
Well, that's OK then. I feel better. Much better. Especially today.Welcome to my classroom. Welcome to my pews. The doors don`t close at the Big News church and the seats are comfy.
