Thou shalt not kill

Leaders of the Christian Heritage Party must have read their Bibles lately. They have "parked" the policy on capital punishment for murder. So they have dropped "an eye for an eye" and picked up "thou shalt not kill".

Now will they change the policy of eliminating the 5 percent threshold for MMP so that wacky parties don’t get into Parliament?
