Literacy cards

If you can't read or write, never fear, you can have a literacy card to break down barriers for dealing with banks, insurance companies and Government departments.

It's a good idea, although those who don't want to help themselves and learn how to read and write through the many literacy courses and secondary schools on offer should not get a card in the same way that a person does not get NCEA if they leave school at 13.
