Yeah, I saw this coming a mile off.

Whats the point of the Government announcing a policy only for its own Ministry officials to then announce publicly that they are happy for providers to increase their fees to assist in implementing this "free" childcare policy, because it acknowledges that the Government is not adequately funding its own policies?
