paedophile papparazzi at the pool

If you have a toddler, and you go to the Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre, watch out particularly if you are changing your toddler. You are not allowed to do that. Why?

There are paedophiles waiting to perve. Dirty old men in the spa pool perving at toddlers.There are people by the packload just waiting to take a picture of your kid, in all his or her nakenness. Others are there waiting to be offended by the nudity.Shock! Horror! What a busy place the Kaiapoi Aquatic Centre must be. I hope people don't get changed in the changing rooms, with all these naked people, that would be really offensive.

Never mind that you can't change your toddler by the pool side and keep an eye on the rest of your half naked kids who are swimming. If swimmers are offended by child nudity they obviously haven't been parents.

Anyway, I know of a pool where a dirty old unemployed man regularly visits for a spa, and perves at kids. He has been spoken to many times about this but what can pool staff do? The staff do not want this made public and are not able to stop him perving in a public place.
