Atheist sells himself, offering to go to church

Hermant Mehta advertised himself on e-bay as an atheist, and offered to go to church with the highest bidder. For every $10 , he would go to church for 1 hour. Another blogger, Jim Henderson won the bidding, paying $US$504. Thats lots of church services.

The church going atheist plans to donate all proceeds- you can call it God's money - to the Secular Students Alliance, where he is a board member. He will also blog his visits.
