is Cullen threatend by Key?

You'd think that Michael Cullen sees John Key as a threat. So he should. Key has a much better grasp of the issues, but after issuing several media releases this week you`d wonder why Cullen's media releasers dont just focus on what Cullen does rather than what they think of Key.

Or are Cullen's staff just looking for something to do now thay are back at work given that Cullen is also back at work catching up on statements issued by Key? Cullen still has to respond to this one. Perhaps that will happen later today. But at the moment John Key is one step ahead.
