Benson-Pope again

Well, as expected, Speaker Margaret Wilson has decided not to send the Benson-Pope affair to the Privileges Committee. She had already made up her mind because DPB is a senior Minster. So Rodney Hide is going to put a motion to ask Parliament to vote to send him to the committee. He doesnt need the Speakers permission to do it.
DBP will forever be know n as the former teacher who put a temmis ball i a students mouth and then taped his hands to a desk if he either refuses to admit guilt or refuses to hear the matter out either in court or in Committee.
