Poor Greens

The Greens have said that all a bets are off The party is throwing its toys out of the cot and saying they will play in Helen Clarks hop-scotch game as long at United Future plays somewhere else. The reason that the Greens don’t want to support a Government that has United Future is because the Greens have more MP's than United Future does. Someone should tell the Greens that we live under MMP. The Greens are the smallest party in Parliament that has not got an electorate seat.

If it wasn't for MMP, the party would have no MP's in Parliament. The electorate doesn’t want the Greens. Neither do most parties in Parliament.

MMP is not just about list versus electoral votes. It is also about Government formation. The Greens have to realise that more parties are prepared to work with United Future than them and to just shut up about it and let party leaders get on with forming a Government after specials are counted October 1.
