Make your party vote count

By now you're all sick of people telling you who to vote for tomorrow. The most important thing is that you go out and vote. Nearly one in four enrolled people did not vote at the last election.

Remember you are not voting for a Government. You are voting for a Parliament -and its up to us voters collectively to decide who we want in Parliament.

If you like National, vote National. If you like Labour, vote Labour. If you don’t like the people on a party list, vote for another party. If you don't know who is on the party lists, find out. If you want a Left leaning Government, vote Progressives, if you want a right leaning Government, vote United Future. If you like the Greens, vote Greens. If you like Christian parties,or Act, vote for them- but be prepared to see your vote count towards a Labour or National MP. If you like the Maori Party and you want a left leaning Government - vote for them - they may even get a confidence and supply agreement in a Labour Government.

If you want a stable government, consider who that Government might be made up of -and who is likely to form confidence and supply with that Government.

Don’t take too much notice of the polls - I've just heard that about 20 percent of people polled this week as at Wednesday have not decided whom to vote fore. Polls don’t publish the undecided percentages.
