No culling from Cullen

Michael Cullen thinks that reducing the number of bureaucrats will reduce productivity. So how come the increase of the number of bureaucrats, for example, in health and education, hasn’t increased productivity?

I don’t think Cullen, if he is serious in making that statement, has a clue about productivity. In some instances reducing the number of bureaucrats will actually increase productivity as there will be less red tape to wade through.

He's cracking…..
