The interest free bank of Creative New Zealand

Creative New Zealand has dished out more than $1m since 2000, but, according to the NZ Herald has no idea what the money is gone. Of course, we only have to assume the Herald knows that the Minister for Creative NZ is Helen Clark. And we all know why Clark wasnt mentioned in the article

Artists receiving Creative New Zealand funding are required to report back to the organisation after completing their projects to say how the money was spent. But 220 haven't done so and in 95 cases nobody knows who they are.

Of course Helen Clark will say it is not her responsibility. She`s only the Minister.
